Great Location: Right in the heart of the city, with amazing views from the room. Close to all the major attractions and easy access to public transportation. Tastefully Decorated Rooms: The rooms were beautifully decorated, giving a luxurious and historical feel to the stay. It was a pleasant experience to relax in such a well-designed environment. They were always ready to help and ensure a comfortable stay.

It would have been better to have a quieter environment for a peaceful rest.

The venue is beautiful, fairly clean and the location is incredible adjacent to bars as well as Barbican. Well-equipped and cosy units with a great view. Srodmiescie district is worth looking into.

It was spotlessly clean place, staff were knowledgeable, and I liked my soundproof room. Extremely comfy beds, central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk were a nice touch. Its location very close to Old Town was beautiful. A secured hotel, my first choice in Warsaw.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the charming old town. The well chosen things, with a unique and old headboard that added to the decor. I particularly enjoyed the fine view of the city square from my window. The staff at the breakfast section were very friendly and professional, and the breakfast itself was elegantly prepared. Despite a minor issue with the bed making noise, the manager promptly found us alternative rooms in the Castle Inn at no extra charge. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful rooms, and attentive service.

Location and service, they were great here. I enjoyed having central heating, iron/ironing board and a work desk. Very good stay in beautiful area. I found good Przy Zamku restaurant just a walk down to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

Everything was simply really good.

Its breakfast certainly should have been included in the price.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of a bustling city. This hotel is truly one-of-a-kind with its unconventional interiors and individually styled rooms. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with amenities such as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and coffee/tea making facilities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always went the extra mile to make me feel at home. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - situated right on the main square and offering breathtaking views of the castle. Plus, the breakfast, although not included, was worth every penny with its delicious selection of cold dishes.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect - it's right opposite the castle in the heart of the Old Town. The hotel itself is clean and the facilities are excellent. We were impressed with the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check out early in the morning. We also appreciated the easy access to transportation, as there is a bus that goes directly from the airport to the hotel square.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, situated right on the main square of the Old Town. It is in walking distance of most of the city's main tourist attractions. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with a playful and imaginative theme. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was good. The reception staff were helpful and professional.

There is no elevator in the hotel. This can be a challenge if you have difficulty carrying suitcases up the stairs.

Great location in the old town with plenty of amenities, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and unique room with canopy bed, cozy breakfast room with fresh coffee and daily pastries, fruit and biscuits always available.
